Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information AnalySight collects through analysight.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. AnalySight is run by Atif Mahmood in Karachi, Pakistan. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email address and project details, plus your company, WhatsApp number, timeline and budget if you choose to give them. The page you sent the form from is recorded.
• WhatsApp and email: whatever you send us through those services.
• Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
• To keep a record of enquiries and any work agreed.

We do not sell your information or add you to a mailing list.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are sent to a private Google Sheet in our Google account through Google Apps Script, and an email notification is sent to us. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). These providers may store data outside Pakistan.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Information related to a project is kept for as long as needed for the work and any legal or accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
